10and5 Branded Content Division, 5TUDIO, Creates Stories for Maboneng Residents
5TUDIO, 10and5’s branded content division, has worked with property company Propertuity to create a series of videos that showcase and highlight local shops and residents.
Muhle Masilele, marketing co-ordinator for Propertuity says this of the campaign:
“Maboneng has always been a space that resonates with different types of people, that either LIVE, PLAY and/or WORK in Maboneng. We wanted to give the people a voice and what better way to capture a testimonial than through a lens? We also noticed that many of our visitors don’t know the full offering of the neighborhood and thought to use this medium as educational tool.
This series is for the people by the people.”
Over 117,000 views on the content

The campaign has only been promoted on Facebook channels, and has hit over 117,000 views across the various videos at a Cost Per View much lower than would have been achieved through above the line channels.
